What happens right after I sign up?
Right after you sign up you will receive login instructions via email. You will be directed to watch our Start Here course. The Start Here course will help you to become organized with the way you see yourself as an artist. It will help you to get the most out of your membership, avoiding overwhelm.

If you do not receive an email from us within two minutes of signing up, please check your spam folder.

When will I be billed?
If you signed up to our monthly plan your credit card or PayPal account will be billed every month moving forward until you decide to cancel your subscription.

If you signed up to our annual plan your credit card or PayPal account will be billed every 365 days until you decide to cancel your membership.

If you signed up to our two year plan your credit card or PayPal account will be billed one time. Our two year plan does not automatically renew. We do not offer refunds on any membership plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?
It’s extremely easy to cancel your subscription with three simple clicks. We have created a video within our Start Here course showing you how to cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime no questions asked.

Please note once you have cancelled your subscription you will no longer be able to log in. You will be locked out of your account. Cancel your subscription the day before it is set to renew to get the most of your membership.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you have signed up to our new site members.drawing-tutorials-online you have complete control over your subscription.

It is your responsibility to keep track of your renewal dates. All subscription plans auto renew. If you do not wish to have your subscription auto renew please cancel your membership a day before your subscription is set to renew.

You have to be logged into our new site members.drawing-tutorials-online.com to cancel your membership. Just hover over your name in the top navigation bar. You will see “Your Account”. Click on your account and you can cancel your subscription there.

Can I upgrade my plan?
If you sign up to our monthly subscription and decide you would like to save money with our annual plans it’s extremely easy to change plans. Just click on Your Account, then look for the link to upgrade your subscription.
